I don't think that it works that way. They set the height of the whole apparatus at different positions depending on who is jumping, and then the rungs measure distance from that starting point.
Last year when testing Aaron Gordon they had to reset the device because he touched the highest rung.
So I don't think you can tell what this is set to just by the video.

You would think that's for jumping only, though. Standing reach variables wouldn't change nearly as much. Hopefully someone can shed light on this. I asked Derek and Tom so we ll see if they would be able to check on that.
