You could match and trade out of Novak, PJIII and maybe DJ I guess, but I wont bother for Enes, supertalented but his defensive shortcomings, plus how little he pass the ball are not worth it.
According to Vincent Goodwill on Twitter, OKC is offering Enes Kanter a deal starting at $15.5 Million per year. The Thunder will also match any offer made by another team. Given that the maximum another team could offer is starting at ~$16 Million per year, it seems very reasonable that OKC would be willing to go up in price a bit.

Enes would make more if Presti offers him a deal and gets a 7.5 percent raise. PDX can only offer 4.5 percent. Saving him from himself.
