and there you go again with your theories...
1) How many wings do you think this Roster needs? MKG, Batum, Lamb, Daniels, Hairston, Harrison, Lin and Marvin. That's 8 players who can play either SG or SF. I think that's enough. If Lamb is half as good as his fanboys suggest, we will be fine.
2) What more can you expect from an undrafted rookie who is being asked to play a new position? The contract is only partially guaranteed in year 1 and unguaranteed in year 2. Very low risk for a player that has pretty good upside. Find me another unsigned, young, 6'6" guard who has decent handles, can shoot 3s, get to the rim, defend decently and perhaps can even run PG (a position he never tried to play until a week ago).
