I wouldn't mind at the end of next season if we trade Fournier for Meyers Leonard. This guys is athletic, 7.1 with a 7.3 wingspan. Under Scott S, he could become a force down low since he's not a bad defender and is pretty quick for his size too...
"He would be a combination of Fry and Deadmon at the PF position"... and yes I said it...

2016/ 17 season lineup would look like this.. A well balance team of offense and defense.
Vuc 7.0'__________ avg defensively, great in and out offensively, great rebounder, improve assist/game
Meyers 7.1'______ great inside defense, avg offense, great 3pt shooter for position, avg rebounder, great in transition
Harris 6'9________ avg defensively, good in and out offensively, reliable 3pt shooter, good rebounder
Ola 6'5___________ will b great defensively, good slasher, good at getting to the rim, improve 3pt shooter
Payton 6'4_______ great defensively, elite playmaker, good at getting to the rim

Bench/ Reserve
Deadmon / smith
Fry /Nicholson
Gordon/ Marble
Hezonja/ Harvey
Watson/ Napier

A Power foward with the skillset of Leonard might be the one missing piece that could make everything Henny is trying to do to start making sense since it seems he already has all the right pieces already. Looks like everything would fall right in place and we would have a better picture of this team moving forward...

I like your opinion and i totally agree.
Aaron gordon is injured too often.great potential but too much injuries.you cannot move forward with players like this

To me coming out of the PS I am happy with what Gordon is up to but the little toe issue and his running style are going to be a constant source of injury throughout his career. He is a toe-runner and shuffler, meaning he jams his toes into the ends of his shoe on each landing. It's unfortunate, but it's been that way since he started here and I made note of it at the draft. There is a lot of stress he is putting on that area of his foot.

I'm very excited about Hezonja, I think he has issues but fortunately like I assumed pre-draft, they were all issues with effort and learning schemes, not at all with talent. I think 2nd half of the season Hezonja is going to be tearing it up.

Dedmon is a go for me, very happy with Frye, and I think Tobias was probably the most efficient of the PS but I haven't looked at stats so that may be way off. He has an air to him that he is a veteran now, hard to put into stats, but it just looks that way. Oladipo and Fournier look good and I'm very happy with our backup PGs.

The offensive stats do show Nicholson deserves a better shot; he's flubber on defense but its not like others are outshining him that much...I get your frustration with him not getting minutes...but that is now three different coaches that are not giving him minutes.

Something has to be happening in practice thats causing it - maybe its an attitude/personality thing.

He did major in Physics and perhaps he's just not as interested in the game as coaches want him to be. Happens quite often with players that only play because they are big and have skill but could care less about the game.

Leonard would be a great fit on this team. Not completely sure if he can play next to Vuc but he is what we need in our first big off the bench. I am pretty sure he is a RFA after this season though.

Let's hope none of our players breaks a finger nail before the opener and Keon decides they need to sit for a week. #bitter

A testament to the depth of this team.
