Dragic needs to be so much better for us to be a contender. He needs to penetrate the paint ala Nash keeping his dribble alive and finding slashers, lobs to whiteside (I have seen him throw exactly ZERO alley oops to Whiteside, last year included). He needs to learn how to shoot a floater, the PNR with bosh, he needs to be a threat. He is bricking all types of open shots. All I see he is good for is fast break lay ups. If it wasn't for the cap going up, this would be Riley's worst trade and signing ever.
Hassan, dude looks like trash out there. I don't care for his 6 meaningless blocks. Dude is putting up the epitome of EMPTY STATS. If this is who he really is (a whiny lil girl, no offensive game other than dunks, terrible man to man defender that constantly fouls) then I am A OK with him signing his lil max somewhere else.
Amare, just be thankful this is a minimum signing. Idk how Knicks fans endured this guy for 20mil per, holy crap. Must be worst contract of all time. Wade looks good. Much better than I thought he would. If he has a healthy season (75games minimum) and we are top 2 seed, he will garnish MVP considerations. If he keeps this up of course. My gut feeling is he starts to play worse as the season gets deeper into it.
Bosh did excellent first have offensively, disappeared second half. And Left Love open on soooo many occasions. Got stuffed a few times too many.
Deng, I'm coming around on him. He is a decent small forward. He is a slasher, can't really stroke the 3. His defense is ok.
There is no spacing on the starting 5.
Justise, I know he is only 19. But this guy needs to have more freedom on offense. Dude NEVER looks for his shot. His shot is also ugly as sh*t. His defense on Lebron was EXCELLENT. I think this guy plays him better than Jimmy Butler. Lebron hit all his shots on him, tough break. But if Lebron would of missed those fade aways. We would be talking about how great Justise is defensively. This guy is gonna be a great defender. That much is obvious. But his offense is broken. He can't be Tony Allen.
