I think Aaron was just tanking the previous games because he didn't want to play in cold weather, which neutered the passing offense, the primary reason we've been contenders in recent years.

Big games out if Neal, Tretter, Mathews, Hayward and Perry. Honorable mention to the rest of the CBs.

Still got some drops to clean up and Rodgers did miss a few early to Cobb but overall this game can hopefully be the confidence boost this offense needs to catch lightning in a bottle.

Let's hope we "shock the world" and knock off the big bad Cardinals team. I know lots wanted to avoid them but at this point in the season it's put up or shut up time. Bring em on

I never doubted this team for a second. They've been toughin' em' out all year. Led by that gritty ol' timer from Pittsburgh and our innovative GM, I knew we had what it took!

Let's be real. Has Washington beat a team with a winning record? Big wake up call next week. At least Tretter settled in real nicely. This wasn't the Cardinals. But, hell, they are coming off a blow-out at home by a division rival and had a Bye week. Who knows?

Simply put: I am content with the quality of football I witnessed today. It's been 11 weeks but I'll take it.

I think we have something to lose. Rodgers is 32 now, we only have 1 Super Bowl in the bank, and the defense this year has actually been pretty good. Don't know if it will falter in subsequent years, and then how much longer A-Rodg can be an MVP on a Super Bowl caliber team. If we don't get at least another one during his career, you'd have to consider it a failure of putting together supporting casts, and a considerable disappointment. I'm not saying it's easy, but getting there already in 2010, we should have won 3 by the end, or at least 2. We've still only even been there once. New England has already gotten to six and won four with Brady. We back doored our only one as the sixth seed in 2010. We can't just keep letting these opportunities slip by year-by-year.

Yea, isn't it pretty strange how when the players execute a play well, that play call turns out good and when they don't execute a play well, the play call turns out poorly?

Take the running game today. It was so weird how in the first half, the line blocked poorly so the called running plays went nowhere, but then for some very odd reason when the guys all blocked better in the second half, the called running plays were very productive.
