I think Birdman is the most logical choice but easier said than done.

Harlem or Andersen make the most sense. Their style of play is basically dead in the new NBA. It'll be Stokes, though, if we need the spot. And that's fine, too. Team really doesn't have a great success record on developing players.

Stokes has one thing going for him. That's youth. But he is only 6-7 and can hardly shoot outside of 3 feet.

Bird, on the other hand, can shoot, knows our system and earned his stripes.

We didn't have the rights to Whiteside neither. Yet we signed him and it worked out. Do you have a problem with that?

I easily cut Birdman. He hasn't been good. Stokes has been working hard at Sioux Falls and has excelled. We also have his bird rights at the end of his contract. Richardson as well, by the way... And we have early bird rights to TJ. Next year we have a draft pick at the end of the season (June 2017). Time to turn the page.
