He called Clinton a chimpass, not Obama. And saying Obama and Clinton should be hung for treason is not a reference to lynching black people, its a reference to hanging those convicted of treason

I think another way to say it is - racism is a bad thing regardless. AFM's point is in the US it goes both ways - also not good.

But when an institution or person in power is racist and makes the step to air those views or act on those views either overtly or covertly, much more harm is done.
