Right, teams could jump over us. Forgot that element. So in that case, 10 somewhat possible but unlikely, and 11 and 12 pretty close to impossible - though again theoretically possible. Don't think there's anyway we can get to 8 though - but you likely meant 7?
So:
Extremely unlikely - 2,3,11,12
Longshot but somewhat possible - 7, 10
Very likely - 9
Does that breakdown have it? I assume someone will be along with the exact percentages at some point - but in a nutshell I think that's close to right?
