Q4 00:05.2 Foul: Shooting Cody Zeller Dwyane Wade CNC (Correct non-Call)
Zeller (CHA) comes towards Wade (MIA) from across the restricted area, planting his foot and jumping vertically to defend Wade’s shot. Zeller absorbs contact when it occurs and, while his arms are not completely vertical, multiple angles confirm they do not make contact with Wade. Therefore, Zeller maintains a legal guarding position as he attempts to defend the shot.
Q4 00:05.0 Foul: Shooting Courtney Lee Dwyane Wade CNC (Correct non-call)
Lee (CHA) makes contact with the ball during Wade’s (MIA) upward shooting motion, which makes his subsequent, minor arm contact with Wade incidental. Lee then makes contact with Wade’s arm again at about 00:04.9, however, Wade has already lost possession of the ball.

The refs are why you guys stopped shooting 50% from three?
KingDavid wrote:HIF wrote:Not quite sure why Wade is getting the ****.
He carried the team throughout the game.
He sounded really bad for a team captain in the post game interview. He only played 32 minutes in a pivotal playoff game (that's pretty bad) and that's on Spo. Wade played a great game and didn't resort to hero ball. I have nothing bad to say about how he played except that he complained way too much. Now the rooks are complaining. I don't know if he truly understands that he is the absolute ruler in that locker room and everyone follows him. If he's stopping to complain to refs and letting it get to his head, then EVERYONE else will do the same. That's exactly what happened. But that's it.
Joe Johnson is a great pickup, but he should be a sixth man. He doesn't do the dirty work (like boxing out and other little things) that Winslow provides. But I understand why he was in. Dragic should have been in the game, not JR. We go down with that $85 million point guard if that's what it boils down to. You go down with your best players.

Hell no. You guys played amazing defense! I said that during the game yesterday. Hornets broke so many plays man. We couldn't get many good looks. Going into the series, I had no clue that Kemba was such a scrappy defender.
The refs did an awful job again though. Not that it was the reason you guys won, but more so the refs took away our chances to make pivotal plays is all.
Y u bait angry heat fanz doe?

No contact on that last play from Wade, as you can see (if you close your eyes) in this image.
All you funny 'don't blame the refs' cats....there's dozens more and even more from game 4.
This is why i'm not criticizing our team, officiating on some suspect sh*t for 3 games now.
Stay sleeping!
This is why I have little to no confidence in a Game 6 win. The league cut the Heat's nuts off. Our guys are afraid to play aggressive defense for fear of picking up fouls, and it shows. Like I told you yesterday, I believe that in the NBA's eyes, the Heat are old news, and they are done with us, and that's why they're pushing for the "young upstart" team to advance.

Why should Dragic been in the game?
For his great shooting?
For his lock down defensive capabilities?
For his insane finishing abilities?
Dude sucked all game and J -Rich had 9 points in the 4th quarter I think. All very timely baskets as well. Spo made the right call by benching him. Our team is just hampered by dragic in this match up because dragic makes jeremy linn look like james harden. Who cares what Wade said in the press conf. Dude was busting his ass and dragic, JJ and whitesdide didn't do anything clutch.
Dragic wasn't that bad on defense, he kept the fouls down and did a decent job on Kemba (finally). Yeah he was bad offensively. But I'd trust him to at least put up a better shot in that situation than a 30ft contested bomb with time left on the clock. But I haven't checked the stats. Wade had no one to relieve the pressure when he got caught up. Bless the rook, but he's no play maker yet.
Dragic has absolutely disappointed me this playoffs. There's no doubt about that. But he should have been in the game.

And that's on Wade because he REFUSES to change his game and work on a 3pt shot.

Doing the same to Winslow too. Lols.
Bishop45 wrote:Gotta credit Clifford for limiting Hassan's touches and putting a fire under his ass on defense. I, like many of us, knew Hassan was key in this series and he almost completely took him out of the game
The three big line-ups with Zeller-Jefferson-Kamisky-Hawes-Williams are payin' dividens too, while all we got in closet is Deng at C
From the bigs to the guards, they got us all figured out. Going to be interesting to see how we approach this next game, which will probably just mean more minutes for Wade... I just wanna' see Tyler take Green's minutes at least

Winslow is 19/ just 20. give the kid a break. He'll be a star in this league soon.
Winslow needs to understand that when your shots not dropping to take it to the basket.
HialeahHeatFan wrote:Why do I keep seeing people say Wade had a good game. Was I the only one that saw lazy passes, passes to dengs feet, Hassan's knees, 2 feet away from shooting rythm above dengs shoulder. Those turn overs were ridiculous. He was awfully lazy on his defense, kept trying for steals in passing lanes getting burned, no switches on pick and rolls forcing perimeter help to leave open 3pt shooters. I saw everyone else suck too, but this is our leader setting a terrible example. Trying to leak out and allowing lee to get back breaking offensive rebounds. Pounding the ball aland losing all the clock like somehow it's a garranteed score and you don't need another possession. That is unacceptable.
