Both of these dudes lead by example instead of being vocal visible leaders; both dudes took on a bit of fan blame when stars didn't come running; both are supremely talented but victims of greater expectations; and both are fairly loved but have a loud contingent that takes issue with them as well (which is partially inspired by the media). Then there's the health issues and questions about whether their franchises are better off without them...
I could see these two motivating each other through shared experience. I think we could have two of the most talented cats in the league with that type of hunger.
They do seem really similar that way and they are both at that point in there career where they just want to win. Adding someone like Noah would be perfect, not only for his defense, but to also have that vocal leader on the floor as well. He would bring a nice balance and glue for on and off the floor

He's **** and he's never gonna see these posts anyway. Might as well pile on.

Rose has never played extended minutes with a 5 who could play away from the paint.

Yeah that's really the only thing that can derail this. He's got to stay healthy.

He's excellent off the bench running an offense and he's a capable starter for when Rose is rested or is out for a few games (which, let's be realistic is inevitable). He can also play three positions so he can be on the floor with rose as well. He's also a good defender: http://stats.nba.com/player/#!/202323/tracking/defense/?Season=2015-16&SeasonType=Regular%20Season
He's not a three point shooter but for 7-9 million, I think he would be a solid pick up.
