What was our record against each of those teams last year?
Feel free to look it up yourself. I'm not sifting through the 82 game season to make your argument.
We swept Minny, beat Utah, Milwaukee, and Boston off the top of my head.
We missed the playoffs, so naturally, chances are that the records were close. My point remains that this board is becoming almost toxic with this constant focus on who's better than us individually or collectively. Better start packing up the bandwagon now.
His name is Bismack btw.
Just saying. Since you stated routinely, I don't think winning a season series 3-2 counts as routinely. 4-1 perhaps, but to routinely beat someone, you have to really beat them often. I am just curious how we faired against the other young groups. Not doubting you, yet!
I feel you for sure. I'm of the opinion that these other clubs aren't "better" than us because we drop one or two more games than they do against each other. For example, is Washington contender status because they swept us? Of course not, a lot has to do with match ups.
These rookies could be very good too, and I remember thinking how good KAT is when we faced the Wolves the last time. Wiggins, eh I think he's going to be pretty good, nothing crazy.
Boston, I wouldn't trade anyone we have for any of their guys. You could make a case for IT, but I'd still be tepid on a market deal for a guy like him. We are right there if not better than most of these other clubs man. Most people here don't see it that way, but it's just a matter of us not knowing the flaws of the other dudes.
Hypothetically, if we ever traded for these other players, it would be an exact Dipo-trade situation where we get lambasted and the comments would roll in about how we got fleeced.
