My take:
Losing Duncan hurts (a lot) and replacing him with Pau means that our interior D is going to take a step back, how big of a step is debatable though and I really feel like Dedmon is going to be able to fill a large part of that gap that Duncan left. But as much as Pau's defense worries me I'm excited to see how he fits in on the other end. His offensive rebounding, soft touch around the rim, passing and low post game are all going to add some interesting dimensions to our offense.
As for the other guys extremely excited to see what Dedmon can do with more minutes and while I hate the fact that Lee is a pylon on the defensive end the guy can still get buckets and boards. I don't really see any of the young guys having big impacts this year but I think we grabbed a great project with a ton of potential in Murray and I also think that Bertans could turn out to be a valuable piece for us this year.
Overall I'd say we did well considering our options but our guards still worry me and I would of liked to see us do something to shore up those issues.
So what do you fellas think about our summer??
