Frankly he **** up bad in his disposition when he outright stated he didnt know what consent was. You just can't do that in a CIVIL case, where the burden of proof is substantially lower than a criminal one. Despite Los Rios' team making many blunders and it being very obvious she's after money, that's not enough to rule out that sexual assault could've happened, which in a civil case all you need is enough evidence to make it likely that it did

There's also the timing, which is really bad for Rose. A presidential candidate is making everyone hyper aware and sensitive to sexual assault. Before him Nate Parker did it also. Before him Bill Cosby. Then with Brock Turner getting off and embarrassing the system, I can't imagine this jury would want to be known for propagating sexual assault to the masses.

The jury is 6 women, 2 men. Apparently most of them are white, and more than once some of them have been described as looking hurt by the accuer's testimony/tears and one of the males were outright described as looking uncomfortable/disturbed when Randall Hamtpon described using lube.

Rose will lose this trial, unfortunately. I also see them giving her the full 21m she requested

This shows why its important to view all details of a case.

At the very beginning, I thought Rose mightve been guilty. Once I read both sides of the story and viewed the inconsistencies especially from Jane Doe, I realized Rose might've actually be innocent.

Erasing those text messages was a big deal. That was a major W for Rose and co.

Yeah Ima celebrate this one..3 brothers proven innocent by a jury which included 4 women. Accused of rape, which would have a brutal 6 hours of this girl getting pounded without her consent but partying a week later wth old dudes hands all over her...she tried to set the brother man up. Nah, not today.
