Bro, sometimes more is less.
And your negative talking about Trump, is well, a bit ironic.
Bro, you have been devoid of original thought since you started posting on the thread.
You have provided less, not more, because you push pre-packaged mush and have yet to detail anything with your own words.
And now you say talking negative about Trump = what? Negativity? That's not an insight

It does sound good, but it is toothless since it conveniently side-steps campaign finance reform.
So it is really only intended to look brave without sticking their necks out to do the one thing that would actually make these clauses effective.
It is extremely easy to work around every provision on the list as long as there is Super-PAC money to spend.
Banning foreign lobbyists? Right. So there will still be massive slush funds. It doesn't talk about the one core issue that drives all of these other factors.
This is called putting the cart before the horse.

And what does it say about T's judgment that he waited this long to start running on precisely the issues that could have at least kept him close against H? Well I'm not sure how a substantive campaign would have held up against the charges of the women who came forward, but it would have at least helped give him a shot at surviving.
And it's not like he's abandoning his other tactics. He has O's half-brother at the debate tonight. Just foolish.

Yeah. I'll give credit where due. I agree with CJ that finance reform (overturning Citizens United and beyond) is a greater need but those are decent suggestions.

Will watch the game tonight
TV schedule has PBS rebroadcasting the debate at 1 a.m. so I'll watch it then or earlier if it is posted on YouTube

IBD/TIPP poll which is the most accurate over the past few elections has Trump 41% Hillary 40%.

Game comes first. Besides, it's not like we're going to find out anything new from these two. It's more about watching the train wreck.

Not going to watch both? If I didn't wake up at 5AM to go to the gym, I would have both on. As it is, I'll watch clips of the debate in the morning / read about it before class and then watch the game in the afternoon probably if I have time.

I considered that, but with the possibility of auditory confusion with Clyde rhyming about penetration while Trump stalks Hillary on the stage could give me nightmares

I just got a visual of Clyde being one of the moderators wearing a red, white, and blue jacket and it's glorious.

Re: Can Trump wiggle out of this one?
Trump now firing off one Tweet after another with government-reform-type ideas. Too late. But also it looks like he's lost control. Spamming followers is not the way to win now -- and he's always preaching to the choir on Twitter. Few swing voters are reading that.

What's the point of running if you're only on the ballots in 10 states? Is he an intelligent and reasonable person?

Honest question: Do you really believe the things you write?
And just like that, the lead has been cut to 8!

This. Trump had a chance to go full angry Bernie and appeal to the disapassionate youth of America. These are the kinds of messages that appeal best (impossibility of actually accomplishing them aside). He could have held a positive change image, enough of which could have sheltered him from p*ssy-gate. Poor tactics.
