I think utilising Vic more often and more creatively would be great for the team. As it stands our offence is really predictable. It can get us points, but the good teams are going to hone in on Russ and zone up, because we all know how much he uses the ball.
We could use Vic to get an almost McCollum/Lillard type dynamic going, a two headed snake, where the defence isn't sure who's going to strike. Vic still has progress to make before he becomes super reliable for this kind of thing, but if Russ deferred to victor more, than he could do some offball stuff, or just catch his breath, and maybe if he rests a little there he can spend some more energy on not being a terrible defender. Extra bonus is that it makes the offence a little less predictable and harder to plan around. Not suggesting we take the ball away from Russ too much, not necessarily a 50/50 split, but to just let victor take the reigns on occasion and get Russ to do something else to throw the defence off.
