Short term loss, long term win. Hezonja at 21 makes Bradley at 21 look like a D-leaguer.
You can't compare Bradley at his peak, after 6 years in the league, to a 21 year old Hezonja in his second season.
Dude is 6'8", crazy hops, his stroke so far derailed by inconsistent minutes. Has a lot of issues, but nothing atypical for a young player. Nothing but inexperience stopping him from being a good defender.
Avery is a year away from free agency, we have Smart and Jaylen to get minutes at the 2, and our lotto pick is probably bringing us a guard.
We can debate this, but at least come with some criticism of Hezonja, or defense of keeping Bradley.
I'm sorry dude, but when you come with complete nonsense like trading Bradley for Hezonja the burden of proof is on you to try and at least make some realistic argument for it.
It would be like saying the Earth would do better without the Sun and then getting angry that people are dismissing the statement without arguing against the statement.
Not just that he's young and plays the same position. Least you forget we already have a player that shares those traits and even has the last name Young on this team. The player you're mentioning isn't lack for minutes either, last year as a rookie he played 18mpg. That's a solid rotational amount of minutes and depending on the coach you're playing for 6th man levels of minutes. And proceeded to come in this year and lost his rotational spot with the protection of his high draft pick fading off.
I'm a big Bradley guy, but yes, you trade him for Hezonja wth no hesitation.
