That last Batum dunk was all because Lopez went with Frank to the 3pt line leaving the lane open. Next play, Lopez cheats off Frank and Frank makes a 3. Next play, Lopez closes hard, Frank blows past him into the lane, then gets blocked. He also sealed off his man freeing up Kemba (i think) on a basket. 4-5 plays where Frank impacts offense in a positive, but then the weak finish in the lane. He's getting there.

Really well said.

Yes, I think we all collectively want to punch ourselves in the face when he misses an uncontested runner or put back in the lane, but you can see how effective he is even with those flaws. Fix those issues and he's going to be really, really good for us.

I think his biggest problem is he's still getting used to contact. When he misses those shots I think he's so worried about contact coming (even when he's wide open) that he doesn't pay attention to where he's putting the ball.

I was surprised at how effective he was against Lopez in the paint. Maybe I shouldn't be because he's fundamentally sound and it's more so guys with crazy strength or athleticism that give him trouble.

Nets had 70 second half points. Apparently 2nd half runs are a thing for them...

@johnschuhmann
Nets have come back from deficits of 19, 17 & 17 in their last 3 games. Certainly not letting go of the rope. Just gotta stop digging holes.

I'm very nearly on the play MKG over Marco in Q4 bandwagon. Our Q4 defense is just atrocious.

Didn't help that Bogdanovic was eating Marv's soul in the last 2 minutes.

Favorite play of the night was the BRob-Plumlee alley oop. I like to see what's possible. Plumlee looked winded shortly thereafter

Frank can play C. I like our C rotation now >>>> Hibbert/Hawes

I can't believe McCallum didn't get a cameo. Cliff is a poop

BRK taking WAS to OT on the second night of a B2B. Makes me feel a little less bad about last night.

Was watching around the horn today and Wilbon said the Wizards would lose. Trap game. Emotional loss against the Cavs. He was right

Yep, and J. Wall going 7-24 isn't much better than Kemba's 4-20. It's easy to look at a bad win and criticize, but the NBA is full of ultra-competitive players and any win is great.
