Conveniently not allowing him any time to practice with the team if all is well.

He said that had Simmons come out this year he would not be a top five pick and likely not even top 8. Fortunately, I didn't strangle him to death, but I wanted to know your thoughts on where Simmons would compare to this year's crop.

I'm a draft junkie and, while I'm a lot less high on Simmons than many, I think he'd definitely go #1 to most teams this year. Too big and too athletic to pass up, given the faults of Fultz (not super athletic, might just be ahead of the curve skillwise) and Ball (nice overall game but seems like a complementary player without the ability to dominate in the halfcourt). I could see some teams preferring Fultz if they wanted a safe all-around scorer with nice size but it seems like Simmons would be BPA for most front offices.jrob23 wrote: we've got some real winners over on our board /s. Simmons would be #1. He's a generational talent like AD, KD, Lebron. He really is going to be that special. It's just jealousy really especially from BOS homers who don't want to admit that you will be further along on your rebuild and thus closer to your next championship after next draft.

Get him on the court ASAP if he's healthy

He could have a financial incentive in his Nike contract.

Shouldn't dictate when the sixers play him in any way.

It shouldn't but if Rich Paul won't let him play I'd rather the Sixers take the hit than throw him and his agent under the bus thus souring the relationship.
