I believe he played for the Warriors before he played for the Clippers.

Really had first taste of success in his career on the We Believe teams.

Nope, he was drafted by the Clippers in the 2nd round, and the Clippers were his very first NBA team. He did play for that Warriors team, which I very much liked (that was before the current generation of Warriors fans, way less obnoxious, no offense to you personally). It's still gonna look hideous.

On the contraire, it's actually bad news. Anytime the Clippers have a ray of light, they always screw up either by themselves or by outside forces.

Case in point: last year. Curry got injured in the 1st round vs. Rockets. Clippers took the news like smooth sailing, but they were facing the Trailblazers in their own 1st round. What happened the next game was bound for the book of curses: Paul got hurt, and so did Griffin. Lost in 1st round to Blazers, putting them in this ultimatum season where one more early exit will break up the team and put them into a 15-year playoff drought.

The other problem, as I previously outlined, is that the Clippers care too much. I think they will be afraid to beat the Warriors now because they looked at Barnes as family. They will feel sorry for him, after all they've been through together from Vinny's Tribe Called Bench to the Sterling scandal. Ranma will understand my following statement in that this Clippers dilemma is a classic Fuushigi Yuugi plot. Will you have the heart to defeat your best friend in order for the Big 3 to stay together, or let your best friend go by at the expense of your success? This has happened too many times for them, even during the Sterling era.

Doc Rivers has selfishly pinned the Clipper's nail in the coffin, all because of personal relationships to his standards. This could be the end for them.

Oh come on. Paul and Griffin haven't won so they're not going to gift playoff series to anyone.

They will want to show the rest of the league and the world that they're deserving of the max contracts they're going to be getting.

The Warriors are the third Pacific division team that he's had 2 stints with. He has also played for the Suns and the Lakers.

Yep, he's been passed around in the Pacific like a whore.

TBH, he's probably grateful to still get NBA jobs at his age and with his marginal talent.

His best asset was high energy, being disruptive on defense, taking up the challenge of covering great players. Occasionally he'd get on a hot streak.

Hope he can still bring the energy and effort. Anything beyond would be a bonus.
