1. I hope we tank. Even if its a stinky lotto pick, we need to move up every spot we can. In addition, making the playoffs may actually convince SVG and the players that this mix is tweakable. It is not.
2. Win the lotto (probably the only real way we make any meaningful improvement
3. Assuming we can't do #2, Reggie must go. Dre has value. Big, talented, agile, young. He is terribly unmotivated, but moving to a team with a legit superstar where he is the third or 4th option and only allowed garbage baskets would be amazing for him. Which leads to...
4. Very few plays should be run for Dre. He should be fazed out of the offense and used primarily for rebounds and garbage hoops. The team needs a complete change in play calling to lessen the pick n roll offense.
5. Resign KCP regardless. Just do it. He plays hard even when we suck and it is the market rate.
6. As others said, its time to start Stanley. Get what you can for Mook. It is the only chance we have of not being a perennial doormat.
If the Pistons tank, the Bulls will probably slide up. Thus, the Pistons will end up in last place in the Central Division, making it twice under SVG. Only one other Coach in the history of the Pistons has ended up taking the team to those depths. That would put Van Gundy in historically sad company.

And I'll make sure I slam Tom Gores' twitter account with that info.
