Anyone else see Harden in Fultz? I haven't really seen that comp but watching a bunch of highlights he has a Harden type game. Great in the pnr, very polished offensively, extremely smooth game with a great handle in traffic, will pop the three off the dribble or if defenders go under. Decent comp?

I see a bit of DeRozan, especially in terms of the midrange, except Fultz has a 3pt game and is probably a better playmaker/passer already coming out of college.

Draft PROJECTIONS are done primarily BEFORE they enter the league, not when they're well into it. Then you just have a STATEMENT not a PROJECTION. ;)

--Mags

Before the 2014 draft Wiggins was projected to have Superstar potential. While he has not lived up to it, he's only 22.

Kawhi and Butler were not elite players at 22 either. Neither of them averaged 20 points before the age of 24.

That's why it's still too early to use Wiggins' ceiling as a benchmark for incoming rookies. It's comparing an unknown to another unknown.

Thank you that is what I am trying to say.

I haven't been this hyped about the lottery since the 2014 draft. So glad we're less than a month away.

The last Draft as deep as this one was the 2015 Draft. Was your team picking high in 2014?

The first time I ever paid deep attention to college basketball was during the '13-'14 season. Wiggins and Parker's high school hype got me interested in college basketball and I came out that season becoming a fan of other players like Marcus Smart, Julius Randle, and Joel Embiid. I wasn't really that hyped for the 2015 Draft as it happened, but I agree that the talent level is just as good.

I got a question, any particular reason Ivan Rabb's value just fell off of a Cliff? he went from like 18th to 28th in a day.

I think i like Lydon more than Kurucs since we really don't know what he can do.

Would be more amazing to see him drop to Sacramento who drafts him.

Doesn't Lonzo and Lavar just totally seem like a perfect fit for the Kings?

One player that is low on the boards and is being overlooked in my opinion is Josh Hart, this guy could be new Brogdon. He is that low just because he is a senior and doesn't have that amazing superstar potential, but i think he can help teams right away, a very smart and efficient player, wouldn't be too surprised if Spurs take him.

A lot of people are saying 'player X is being slept on in the 2nd round', but I don't think that's generally the case - it's just a really deep 2nd round.

Everyone seems like a perfect fit for the Kings since they're a team with nothing.

As a Celtics fan I don't want Harden's shadow near Fultz. I hate Harden and don't want to see anything Harden in Fultz.

Dennis Smith JR is the second best player in this draft. If I'm the Lakers that's who I'm taking #2.

I really like him a lot, and if we had #3 i would have been all over this, however given Ball's potential and just the way he fits, i don't think we could pass on him.

Would Lonzo want to play for the Clippers?

Post#1519 » by JoeyMorgan619 » Tue May 30, 2017 10:37 pm

Obviously they aren't able to draft him but if somehow they were able to acquire Lonzo, would him/his dad be happy with that? I'm surprised I haven't seen a single thing about him and the Clippers. I understand it's not the same as the Lakers, but I would have to think him at least staying in LA would be better for him than playing in say Minnesota or Philly.

Why would Philly be bad for him to play in?
