Personally, I didn't see that at all.

I wanted to like him but he looked like big white Vaughn

I guess I really don't know what that means?
I saw a guy who like you said was very aggressive and it showed a lot of positives. He showed a nice ability as a forward to put the ball on the floor and attack the basket which led to fouls being called, a couple nice step back jumpers and a few flashes of his vision. Defensively it caused him to pick up a few dumb fouls but also led to some nice defensive plays on the perimeter as well as at the rim.

I'd back Hartenstein though.
Forgive me Bucks posters. Torn with this draft class. Too many eye popping flaws on most below 12. Doing my best.
Hartenstein has a flaw. It is his % @Rim, finishing through contact, but while getting stronger he will figure it out.
His flaw can be "covered" by his mid range game, 3pt range, and his FT%.
Potential Mobile Stretch 5, any time you get a chance to draft one, you get em, too rare.

How does Hartenstein Compare to Dragan Bender?

Guys in my first tier(in order):
John Collins
OJ Anunoby
Frank Jackson
Jawun Evans
TJ Leaf
Terrance Ferguson
Jarrett Allen
Guys I go back and forth on(wouldn't be upset, also wouldn't be excited)
Harry Giles
Luke Kennard
Ike Anigbogu
Guys I don't want in the first:
BAM
Hartenstein
Patton
Justin Jackson

Just curious. What do you see in BAM that you don't like?

#4 - Allen
#1 Hartenstein (Potential Moblie Stretch 5 with great size, motor,NBA Ready body and only 19 years old)
#2 John Collins (reminds me of Myles Turner-good rebounder with mid range game and 74.5 % FT )
#3 Semi Ojeleye (enforcer, SG/SF/PF, NBA Ready body, Crowder like)

#12 - Pistons
#13 - Nuggets
#14 - Heat
#15 - Blazers
#16 - Bulls
