Yes, it's our goal to be the Hawks, Clippers, Blazers, Pacers etc

No, SVG does not need to go.

A 10 year run of 40-50 wins is deemed by fans as mediocrity or treadmill - to several owners it would be viewed as a very good thing

we are far from a 10 year run of 40-50 wins.

we actually look like a team can achieve a 5 year run of 35-45 win. and that's mediocrity.

I don't disagree!

I'm saying that if 3 of those 5 years end in the playoffs Gores will be a happy man

You're unlikely to Draft a All Star at #12 dude

And also unlikely to move up in this Draft without attaching another asset

Dre - Bobo
Jon - Henry
Mook - SJ
KCP
RJ - Ish

#12 & Harris could get us something significant but I'd hate to see Harris go after the season he had

Unlikely, true. But Greek Freak could have been had with such a pick. Many other good ones too.

Fact is this team can't score or shoot very well. We need outside shooters. Two of them if not three of them.

Dre for C.J. Moccollum who we could have drafted. plus a mix and match to make work.

C.J. Miles is a name we have heard attached to help with outside shooting.

Would love to draft the zaga guy collins.

I think they would trade Lillard before they move C.J.

In hindsight Alphabet & Leonard don't get drafted that low, neither does Draymond Green or Kobe or Rodman etc

The drama isn't that there's these quality guys picked outside the top 5 - it's that on Draft Day no one knew they would become what they became

So unless you're a better scout than every guy working for a NBA FO then you don't know...

No one does!

I would imagine you could assemble a team drafted outside the top 10 that would beat Golden State!

That's a nice start ;-)
