I'd say Clarkson and Black for Drummond i'd do or some variation for Clarkson + Deng/Mozgov + 28 for Drummond (in my head Mozgov seems like he'd average 15/10 and be more effective than Drummond is now).
Drummond would give us defense and rebounding. Can't go wrong with that.

this season he did in comparison yet he'd still be way better than what we have presently.
Previous seasons he was really good.

Its not that Drummond is totally void of value on the court but its hard to field a great team with him making 25% of the cap. As for acquiring him then trying to unload him to another team, I am sure Detroit will have already exhausted all options with teams that might be interested.
