Scouting is more of buying or selling strengths and weaknesses. And for me his ball handling and shooting is a buy. Easier to believe that will improve over Ball's shooting mechanics or Fultz Motor.
If you're trying to make a point, I'd focus on Ball's defense. His shooting mechanics have shown to be more effective than Jackson's and he has a better release/end point which is really the key. My biggest concern with Fultz would be his knee...if he really missed time due to knee soreness, that may be a recurrent issue...I don't have a close enough audience with him to have any sense of his motor.
At the end of the day, the Sixers will have one of Fultz/Jackson/Ball or possibly Isaac, Fox or Tatum...they are going to upgrade the roster with a player who has all star potential and superstar potential if they pick the hungriest of the bunch. Frankly, listing those six players makes me very comfortable if they can pull off the 5/10 swap with the Kings and add Monk, Smith, or Ntilkiina.
