Passing on Fultz to pick anyone else is pure stupidity. If he doesn't think he's the best prospect then he's in a small minority.

I could be wrong, but to me Danny Ainge is kind of like the Theo Epstein of the NBA. Hes the guy that i would never want to trade with because he never loses. and if hes trading you a top prospect, theres probably a reason for it. Im jealous of you guys

Past performance doesn't give you carte blanche to be a complete moron. These trades NEVER work out especially in today's NBA. This will be looked upon in 20 years as Ainge Folly. His clock just hit midnight.

It most certainly does. Just because a guy on RealGM says it's moronic does not make it so. When you deliver a championship, then fleece another franchise to build the future, then build an Eastern Conference finals team from stuff you find in a couch, call us.

That trade was a coward ass move by Ainge, Jesus. The guy can't stand still, he needs to keep trading everything all the time

Didn't mean to offend dude. Sarcasm sometimes is best when subtle, at least in person, online, not so much. Trust me, I get the whole mobile thing. My apologies if I seemed "dickish."

Haha pfft no love lost. I thought I offended YOU. As you and I said, hard to convey intent over text. Not a worry at all. Im too busy enjoying beers and a burger at chillis

He traded Paul pierce when he was thirty five and washed up, stfu

Chill out dude jeez. Cs fans loved 25 PP just as much as 35 years old PP.

Ah great, the Pierce bat signal just went up.

Same thing I was thinking. Woj's tweet kind of read like it was on both the LA and Sac.

Fultz never stood alone for me. Ever.

I truly wanted Josh Jackson from the start, that being said, once we got the #1 pick I talked myself into Fultz hard.

However, I'm now fully talking myself into the LAL 2018 1st.

Doncic, Ayton, Bemba? Yes please.

You think the Lakers will be that bad next year?

Why wouldn't they be? They're horrendous. They almost passed the Nets this year. Nothing really changes for them.

I don't mind the trade insofar as we're rebuilding. But...

1) Doing it right now, and not on draft night, doesn't make sense to me.

2) I'd like to see Ainge follow up a move like this with a concerted effort towards rebuilding. Flipping picks for some 2nd tier "win now" player would be very disappointing.

They're adding Lonzo and their young guys should improve, and many people seem to think they were tanking last year. No motivation to lose now.

It didn't mean anything to your parents, and you seemed to turn out OK  Come on man, relax and let the process play out.

Not really time to joke around. Look at those picks he already has outside of BKN. Top 7 protected. Top 15 protected. Garbage. Complete garbage.

Life's too short man; it's always time to joke around.

How are you guys doing now? Are you ready for Josh Jackson? I don't think the Celtics are asking for Offense out of JJ in his rookie year, after rookie year maybe. I think the Celtics want JJ to guard the best player on the opposing team. I think it would be a really great move for the Celtics if JJ focuses 100% of his energy on defense. I wanna see how JJ can fare on defense against Durant and Lebron in particular.

No he isn't. He is regarded as one of the top GM's and maybe even more so after this trade.

By the way, Danny Ainge doesn't care what everyone thinks.

Again, past performance. He got cocky this time around. It all came to a head and he f-ed up. He was so DESPERATE he took picks with protections that I bet are top 3. Be my guess. That's how cocky he is. He's trying to be Red and BB all in one and the glass slipper doesn't fit anymore.

Young guys don't win in the NBA. That is a pretty simple concept to understand. Ask Philly, Minny, etc...

If both picks have protections it looks like a terrible deal, regardless of us keeping them or not.
