Probably not, even though that is a respectable offer from the Celtics' side.
The draft is still a crapshoot. With Porzingis, you know what you're getting: a guy who right now can put up 18+ ppg, 7+ rpg, 2+ bpg, and makes 36% of his threes (5 attempts per game). He is only 21 and still has 2 years left on his rookie contract.
If it's Porzingis by himself, I think the Knicks would demand no less than either the #3 pick and one future high lottery pick. Knicks might even ask for another pick beyond that. Totally understandable if the Celtics would say no at that point.
I don't think the Knicks are looking to trade Porzingis. However, he is not considered untouchable. The reports a while back were that the Knicks got a bunch of calls on Porzingis after Porzingis blew off his exit meeting with the Knicks. This is why I have speculated that among the teams who called the Knicks, one of them may have been the Celtics.
