I love it.
SHAZAM!

Suns traded Mikal Bridges, Cam Johnson, Jae Crowder and 4 1st round picks and a swap so some Vegas Bookies would like us.

I wonder if Charlotte would make that deal to pair Walker with another scorer.

I'm hoping for Tatum.

yeah, JJ probably has better handles than most guards. You can call bull, unless he really tanked the workout.

So we pretty much know we are getting Tatum/jax/fox if McD really is drafting BPA. Isaac wouldn't be considered BPA above those guys at this point would he?

McD took dragan bender at 4 overall, so yeah, he could definitely view Isaac in the same BPA upside mold.

True. I guess he's the judge and jury when it comes down to it.

I'll pick Tatum any day over Isaac or even Josh Jackson.

I really like Tatum, but it would be hard to pass on Jackson

I feel like this video shows a lot more of Tatums explosiveness and also defense that people question:

Also I'm so scared that the Celtics are going to take him at 3.....

Please let the suns get him!

It's so hard to tell what Tatum can bring to the table that Warren doesn't....I guess he's a slightly better 3pt shooter than Warren.

People are amazed by Tatum's scoring but it's important to remember that Warren was a big time scorer too before his head injury.

Warren and Tatum do the same thing...score and shoot well from mid range.

I like Jackson more than Tatum because Jackson can do things that Warren can't....like defend at a high level and shoot 3s.

I'd be shocked if Ainge passed on Jackson. I wish he would, if anything to throw a bone to McD for the IT trade.

They get their offense in completely different ways, Warren relies on others, Tatum can get his own. I'm not sure why people keep overlooking that when they make that comparison. The 2 couldn't be any different offensively.

One of the year's must-listen podcasts - Pelton on Dunc'd On: http://basketball.realgm.com/wiretap/246338/Duncd-On-David-Griffin-Out-in-CLE;-Projecting-the-2017-Draft-with-Kevin-Pelton

KP's big board:

1 Ball
2 Fultz
3 Isaac
4 DSJ
5 Jackson
6 Fox
7 Anunoby
8 Tatum
9 Z. Collins
10 Monk
11 Markkanen
12 Mitchell
13 Hart

Some notes:

- Nate Duncan and KP are on the same page of DSJ > Fox. Despite ranking Fox (and JJ and Tatum) much higher than his stats suggest, KP is very scared of Fox because of shooting concerns.
- I have yet to see any advanced stat metric that doesn't have Isaac near the top. One big plus KP has in Isaac's favor over Tatum and Jackson is the fact that he'll play the 4 in time; one big minus for Jackson is his age (1 year older than other freshmen). Also worth noting that Duncan in his previous podcast with his usual partner (Danny something?) had Isaac way ahead of Tatum and Jackson.

umm.. Pick(s) as in draft picks...

Young as in Young Players from their team.

Teams are calling Lakers to offer to absorb Deng or Mozgov but Lakers need to give pick(s) or Young players.

Given that we have a few decent options at #4, I'm confident that with McD's recent draft history, that we will end up with a +1 talent at the spot, whether it be Tatum/ Jackson/ Isaac/ Fox. We will end up with the best of the remaining bunch.

I just hope it's a true SF.

If true then the Lakers are set on Ball, whew. I was worried he would slip.

So your consolation prize is Jackson. Whoever we get out of the three (Ball, Jackson, and Tatum) Mc'D will say that was our guy all along.
