I'd be willing to part ways with MKG for Crowder, fillers on either side if necessary. Who says no? We get a legitimate three point threat, as well as only a minimal downgrade defensively. Crowder is pretty clutch, and has been in some big moments already in his career, while MKG has frankly been underwhelming. Crowder is 26 while MKG is 23, but I don't see MKG developing any sort of significant range, and with us acquiring DH12, the spacing could get claustrophobic during half court sets...
For Boston, they can get what they hope to be a LeBron stopper for what they anticipate as several ECFs in the coming years. As they just acquired Hayward, they will want a more balanced roster, and MKG brings that on the wing, whether he starts or is a bench presence.
I'd rather get rid of MKG than a different asset because we would be replacing him with the same position, and I feel like, in all likelihood, MKG's value won't ever be higher than it is now. I'm not a fan of getting rid of Frank at this point, and Lamb is one of my favorite players on the team. Obviously that shows my semi-bias towards him, but tbh, I think Lamb has more potential than MKG, while simultaneously being much more underrated as far as trade value around the league goes. Future 1st for Crowder? Eh, I'd be tempted. Future 1st for Smart? Hard no.
