Them together though?....they can both look great in Hornacek's uptempo system.

Again we won't be negotiating from a position of strength.
Sure we will.
We can simply keep both.
KP
Melo
Lee
Timmy
Frank
See how easy that was?

Look around the league.

Yup Nosh was coming off two injury plagued seasons and was on the decline. It is the worst contract in the league.
Hardaway is improving and will be at his peak next 4 years

I dont consider him that good of a player, but he did rebound last yr. Showed some signs in his rookie yr, then took a giant step back in his 2nd season. He was a pretty terrible defender when he was with us. He did improve a bit with Atlanta, but I dont think he was a near 18 million dollar improvement.
He needs to continue shooting effciciently from the floor. 45% from the floor is pretty solid for a guard. Does need to improve his 3pt percentage, its too average. He should be near 40% from 3 to be more impactful.
Defense will be the key for Timmy though. Its the main reason why I disliked him when he was here. It was really that bad. Just be average on that end of the floor, just be average. All im asking for.

They would've been better off giving JJ Reddick 2 yrs, or giving him a lot for one, if they wanted a SG
