The Bulls are already being made fun of for helping the Warriors get even better, so you would think they'd have prefer to deal with us if we presented the same offer. No offense to Evans, who looks and plays a lot like Chris Paul in certain aspects, but Bell looks to me as clearly the better prospect despite my admittedly limited knowledge of this year's draft.

Frank went on to talk about the Clippers buying Milwaukee’s second-round pick at No. 48 and then selecting South Carolina guard Sindarius Thornwell.
The Clippers also purchased another second-round pick from Philadelphia, choosing Oklahoma State point guard Jawun Evans at 39. However, the deal for Evans is not official and can’t be announced until July 6, when the NBA’s moratorium is lifted.
Clippers Buy Into the Second Round to Draft Evans, Thornwell

The reality is that they spent cash to acquire two second-round picks: guards Jawun Evans and Sindarius Thornwell. These moves have Jerry West’s fingerprints all over them, since West understands something that Rivers never will: Developing young players is better than overpaying for retread veterans. The acquisitions of Evans and Thornwell help, regardless of what happens with Paul, Griffin, and Redick. If the stars return, the two are low-cost rookies ready to contribute off the bench early in their careers. If Griffin, Redick, and Paul leave, the Clippers will have some talent in the pipeline as they build for the future. Feeling out trade offers for Jordan could have been as much about setting the table for a trade later, in the event of a team reset, as it was about trying to get George. The Clippers need to be proactive no matter what happens over the coming weeks.
