Knicks could also take back Ed Davis which would put Portland under the luxury tax line.

He said it about a week or 2 ago. He tweets too much for me to go back and look, but I can confirm 100% that he said the Knicks promised Melo Houston so they lack flexibility in making other moves as of now.
