It just seems like he doesn't like working with Lebron or the Cav's ownership and he wants to change where he works. Most of us could just apply to other places, but the only thing he can do is ask for trade. I quit a job at 26 by writing "f--- yourself" on top of a new contract and walked out with Madonna's Like a Prayer blaring. Working a far better job now and laugh at that now, knowing the only thing I would do different is doing it sooner. It's just a fun hobby for you, but like most of know a lot of a Job is who you work with.
Yeah and if you had a contract at said job you would be breaking a contract and subject to a lawsuit. Kyrie Irving signed this contract, until Cleveland trades him, which we do not have to do, he is under contract. Acting like a child, refusing to talk to the Cavs FO, publicly doing things try and get "fired" or in this case traded, is unprofessional, just like your way of going out on your employer. Especially when your job has been paying you well, treated you well ,and helped allow you to make a name for yourself.
Equating your job and this are two completely different things.
