He's the greatest pinner of all time. The Stockton Sumo really is too large for weight classes.

My understanding is that awhile back, Tony posted on twitter that he signed for the fight but Khabib's team said Khabib is still not recovered from last time so wouldn't sign. Khabib's management denied this. With that said, now I'm seeing all these rumors of Tony vs Kevin Lee for UFC 216 or 217.

Khabib probably holding out for that Conor fight that Conor supposedly wants.

I mean I understand it when it happens for fighters like Iaquinta who can't make ends meet and are getting hit in the head for a living. But I don't so much for a commentator. That is unless they aren't paying their commentators either. If he was making a comfortable living, I think he should have stayed on, because it's a passion, and I can't imagine Real Estate is. It's not like he's making a sacrifice to change the world.
I know there were mixed feelings about the job he was doing, but I thought he was pretty insightful about technique, strategy, and had a likeable enough personality. So I'm disappointed to hear this and think it's more likely than not his replacement is worse.

Stann was obviously as professional as possible at all times and did his research. I feel like Joe just mails it in half the time in that regard these days.
