Bucks aren't giving up anything of value except a pick in the 20's. Suns can even ship back a 2nd rounder - they have three. Suns can take back cash too - they have 10m of cap space. I just don't Dellys contract to take.
Appreciate your perspective!
Bucks fans are debating whether or not we'd trade Thon Maker in a package for Bledsoe + Chandler.
Might it be possible the Bucks 2018 first + DJ Wilson + Monroe gets it done?
Not sure how you'd value Thon but Milwaukee is very high on him, despite the age thing -- he's most likely around 24.
Also noting that you have Teletovic in your scenario but the Bucks wouldn't necessarily need to include him. Certainly would if we could though since we'd be paying luxury tax this year if we don't find a way to drop some more cap space.
Anyways thought I'd mention it if a deal might end up being largely about maximizing Phoenix's cap space for this summer.
In trades with the Bucks - if Chandler is included - its because Teletovic is a salary match for both teams. It does save the Suns a couple million of cap space but both deals expire in 2019
I am just not sure why the Bucks would want to move Monroe for Chandler because Monroes deal expires this year - unless they want a couple years with the group since Bled and Chandler and a lot of Bucks , save I think Parker, are signed through 2019.
So for the Bucks if Brogdan is off the table - which it sounds like he is
Teletovic, Wilson, First rounder for Bledsoe and maybe a second and Derrick Jones to get the players to match
option two as said above Monroe, Teletovic, 1st for Chandler, Bledsoe and include the Memphis or Toronto second (would prefer to keep the Suns second rounder)
I think if the Bucks add Bledsoe, Chandler - they could push for top 4
