Boston played without Horford and Hayward, and Tatum barely played and they're still a great team, I was impressed with Theis and Baynes
The Celtics were soft at the big man spots last year. Baynes (and Theis too) have given them a toughness and defensive power that they lacked with Amir Johnson, Olynyk, and Zeller. It's really changed the team, much in the way Bradley has injected his infectious energy into the Pistons.
Baynes has also made Horford better by freeing him up to roam wider on D, and not having to cover the league's giants.
(Morris also looks like he'll help, though he's just getting started after missing the pre and early season.)
