At the end of the day, Booker should average 32plus and JJ should be at 28.....IMO; and that should adjust acccording to his play, however, he gets more rope than others being where he was drafted and what he supposed to become.
But hey we are the Suns......we know how to develop players the right way. Keep up the good work guys.
Not one person mentioned TOTAL minutes. He's consistently getting 20+mpg . He gets more depending how well he plays and less when he doesn't but he's getting good minutes for a rookie. You know what sporadic minutes look like? Check out TJ's rookie season. Look at Bender's rookie season minutes and he was taken 4th as well.
You're too hung up on the minutes and what you think players *deserve* based on draft position while overlooking the quality of play of those players. JJ is making mistakes out there, shows some bad body language and gets into foul trouble but he's still getting 24mpg.
