I think J.J. is no good. A guy wasting talent. Similar to Tatum if not more talented, but Tatum is going to maximize it in a way that Josh won't.

Brown has the makings of an excellent 2 way wing. I'd still take Philly's young core long term, but Brad Stevens is the X factor between those 2 teams.

Boston will get one more top prospect to add to their core but even still I’m taking Philly unless Boston got Ayton then I’m not sure.

This is why the Knicks need either tank or hit on a guy they pick in the middle of the draft. KP alone isn’t gonna beat those teams.

yeah we're gonna be losing to them for years unless we get another high end player next to KP. Fans are getting excited over meaningless wins and crap on you if you want to tank. So silly. We probably end up with the 9th seed too lol.

I don’t mind it for now because a lot of these guys have been waiting for this so I’m happy for them but long term this ain’t the answer. We need 1 or 2 more high end talents depending on Frank’s growth.

What's your argument then? That PG is good and that Tatum is good and that even if a guy is not as good as LeBron, they could still be very good? Totally agreed.

Man oh man.

i am confused by your definition of "dominant". paul george carried the pacers every year in the playoffs.... and even pushed lebron to 7 games. he was a franchise player for them.

I have a shorter list but you're right that George has been clutch and really good. I don't think Boston's goal is to push anybody. They want to win. Tatum is going to be a major piece of that but I don't think his ceiling is that high. It may not be as high as George's. Just my 2 cents.

If you're saying Tatum could be the best player on a really good team, with other guys surrounding him who are really good, I agree. I don't think you're going far putting schlock around Tatum and building around him as if he's a top 5 player. I don't think he's going to be a top 5 player. I don't see the ceiling there.

i def think he has that paul george ceiling. i also do think you can build around him if he's a top 5 player because he has that skillet/mindset to be that IMO.

we shall see how this plays out. i might be a little biased because i wanted him bad from the draft lol

Only sensitive fans would. Cause the reality is trash talk is part of basketball. He also would not do that to Frank cause he has no issue with Frank. He has an issue with Lavar.

Just come out and say you hate Embiid. You have done your best in this thread to just make the dude out to be some piece of schit in the NBA. You even want Knick fans to dislike him if he trashed talked us. You seriously are mad at trash talk in the NBA? Alot of the greats did it. Trash Talk and Basketball go hand in hand. There is a difference in being a dick head and trash talking. Lebron comments were not trash talk at all . Know the difference.

I already explained I thought his game against the Lakers was overhyped and his shots against Lonzo were petty and lame. That was my criticism of him. In general I don't like his addiction to social media attention but that has nothing to do with his talent. If Ewing or KP acted like that after a game I'd be embarrassed. Those guys also have personality but also respect for other players. Trash talk during the game don't keep burning bridges afterwards over some petty BS. You're acting like Embiid is constantly attacked and he's just defending himself which isn't true. He goes after any little thing he doesn't like and tries to get a viral post out of it. Was cute in the beginning but now it looks immature.

So are you going to complain about his antics every day? I mean you said a mouthful yesterday and is back at it today. Dude did not even do nothing new. At the end of the day, Do you...talk about him all you want, but to me alot of it is off base in my opinion. Dude is a young cat just having fun. I don't see anything malicious about him, so it doesn't bother me. We as knick fans don't even have any History with him yet and you going in. He is not on my Public Enemy #1 list. If he trashed Talk KP while KP was guarding him. I would hop KP would trash talk back. If it spilled over to twitter. I would not care. You would be in the Minority being embarrassed if KP clapped back on Twitter even if Embiid said nothing on Twiiter. I don't have time to be caught up in dudes having fun on social media. It aint that serious to me. You say its addiction...I say the dude is magnetic. He is no different than SHAQ on social media. People follow him cause he says funny schit. Its really that simple.

I admire Lonzo's work ethic and I think he'll be decent at least. Superstar or Jason Kidd no.
