I find it hard to pinpoint why are offense is so terrible, but his kinda shows something I've been feeling for a long time: It doesn't look all 5 guys are on the same page. It doesn't look like everybody is working towards a common goal on offense. We don't do A in order to do B so we can do C. We have no real flow offensively safe for when we can run after turnovers.

If I remember correctly, Donovan has talked about the offense 'reading what the defense gives them' multiple times. Sometimes it looks like that's our only strategy. And once that fails, we're reverting to the 'GIve me the ball, I'll get us some points' approach.
There has to be at least some kind of underlying strategy.

The thing of it is, if someone on the periphery of basketball like Miky Berra can spot these issues, you have to assume Donovan and his staff does as well. Yet the issues persist. Why is that? That question is pretty damning of his abilities to lead this team.

Sometimes I think we make the mistake of thinking 'They can't be this stupid, right?!'. Sometimes people really are. Some people are good at their job, some are bad.

Either way: It's probable they see things, but maybe they just can't get it across. There's a difference between knowing something and teaching it to other people and getting them to act accordingly.

Dre played 15 minutes last night, his offense was hardly the problem. In fact, his defense would have been usefull.

They need to solve this coaching issues.

At the end of the day OKC cant trade WB. Melo and P.George dont have trade value too.
Presti doesnt have any other move than firing Donovan.

Before firing him its time to force Donovan to change his rotations and offense. Donovan must feel the pressure. If he continue to suck then you fire him and get another coach.

He played 16 minutes and was 0-2 on a couple of wide open, completely unguarded 3 pointers (one of them hit the top of the backboard) and as usual passed up several wide open shots that any remotely decent NBA wing would have made and also botched several plays that would have been layups. He didn't cost them the game but if you put a remotely decent offensive wing out there it certainly would have closed the gap considerably in the final score.
