Okafor is a ball stopper, he is now not suitable to Kenny's motion offense, he will hurt our team. You should understand what is motion first
Oh no, I'm being mansplained to by a troll who said that D'Angelo Russell = Sean Kilpatrick.
I find it odd that you only come on here to make posts to disparage certain players on the team. That's literally all you post about. You never talk about the games, nothing. You just want to rip Russell and now Okafor is here you have a new topic to troll this board over. Hopefully the mods will catch on to your tired act soon enough.
You are really crazy ,why i can't provide my opinion, what's wrong with you? I said Okafor is ball stopper, he need to be trained first , is that mean i am troll? What's wrong with you ? Crazy guy
You said i have never talk about the games ?or other players posts ?Please find other players thread i comment ! Please ...
For example ,kil's thread. viewtopic.php?f=23&t=1432853&start=200

Everytime i provide my opinion ,i provided my point ,and i have provided the stats ,your guy don't understand why Kenny sitting Okafor , i help to explain , you don't understand kenny's motion offense ,i explain it , and you say i am a troll ? Wtf .. what's a crazy guy.
I am not saying Okafor is not a good player ,but kenny need time to train him to suit for our motion offense, and i am trolling this board?what's wrong with you ?
I am a basketball coach in japan ,i just provide my professional opinion, but fans here only think about their favourite player, but not the team.
the confusion is wit your tone in posts.
"but not now, we don't need hero ball and ball stopper, Okafor had the potential but need change his play"isolation has always and will always be part of the NBA no matter what. Kobe and Shaq and MJ were iso players. There is a give and take wit it. If you check Victor Oladipo this season his biggest change is his iso play.
Now if you're saying that a post up threat needs to stop playing hero ball, it's confusing. B/c when the ball goes in the post the illusion is hero ball, but it's iso, also a strong % shot for Jah. Whereas the 3 ball which is perceived as a great % shot b/c you don't have to expand as much energy to execute it as setting up in the post, your defense is more prone to getting back on fastbreaks and being set is not always a strong % of success.
There's give and take there. Now back to this perception about hero ball (iso) that I get frustrated explaining to Jeremy Lin fans. The perception of hero ball has arrived b/c Mike D'Antoni created a system to contrast it. No one hated Kobe, no one hated Ray Allen, DWade, Paul George, Shaq, MJ, Truth complete hero ball athletes. The minute the D'Antoni system came to the NBA it was deemed a joke, The Rockets tried to adapt it under Kevin McHale and failed until competent superstars played under it and won the NBA title in Steph Curry, Draymond Green and Klay Thompson. Then teams started to mimic it. All it is, is a 2 guard passing system, but completely takes what was a 40% - 50% shooting big and makes them a 39%. KAT, Cousins, Porzingis, Embiid shoot 3's, all under 40%. There's the give a take. Empty possessions are common, but bulk scoring is also common, the front court players are out of rhythm most times b/c it's a heavy guard system.
Back to the Nets. Okafor's strength is in the post. We let guards breakdown the post, the common sense here is get the guy who gets the most high % shots down there. When he's in condition that is. Swinging the ball around is cute, until you go in rhythm freezing out your hot hand or go in rhythm w/ empty possessions. So Motion Offense needs a blend to work. And hero ball isn't exactly a bad thing. We have D'Angelo Russell and in 2017 his hero ball moments in the clutch before injury was 75%. Do you hate hero ball then?
Last night swinging the ball around froze out a hot Allan Crabbe. There's a give and take from Motion. Finding the balance is key and iso, isn't a bad thing.
