remember, this isnt a torn rotator cuff, this isnt a ligament issue.. this is a **** muscle soreness issue
That's where the "reevaluate" comment gets me. So he's pain free, in three weeks upon still being pain free (hopefully), where will they go from there? Does he need another month to build his cardio back up? I'm just not sure of what the process entails.
