I just checked this trade in the trade checker and it works. We do it to get a couple good young talented players and gain some size and physical presence down low. Miami does it to shed Olynk's long contract and get Middleton for a playoff run, or an expiring next year to help them sign a big name free agent.
Nobody said a word about this trade I proposed. Not even a Miami laughs and hangs up the phone response. I still think it is a good trade I'm just not sure how realistic it is. I think it might be a little light for Miami but I also think a third team could be brought in to make it work. If Winslow doesn't work out, let him go and maybe sign someone like McCaw to replace Middleton. Miami wants to sign a big name free agent and it sounds like they don't want to resign Winslow. I don't think they want to let go of Adebayo but may do so to shed Olynk's long contract. The problem is that Miami becomes pretty thin upfront losing Olynk and Adebayo.
