That's not true. That pick will be low-teens to early 20's at the lowest. I'm actually not very bullish on the idea that the Blazers will make the playoffs due to the fact that their final month of the season is BRUTAL and they can't seem to separate themselves from the mess of teams in the 5-9 seeds in the West (OKC, Denver, Clippers, New Orleans). Portland has been an absolutely Jekyll and Hyde team this year and here is there upcoming March schedule....
vs MIN
vs OKC
@ LAL
vs NYK
vs GSW
vs MIA
vs CLE
vs DET
@ LAC
vs HOU
vs BOS
@ OKC
@ NOP
@ MEM
vs LAC
It's home (where they've actually been more inconsistent this year) game heavy, but it's also LITTERED with 90% playoff teams. By my estimations, Portland has only 3-4 sure wins in there (LAL, NYK, MEM and maybe MIA). New Orleans has absolutely owned the Blazers this year, so I have no confidence in them getting that win and forget about Houston, Cleveland, GSW or Boston. So even if you generously give the Blazers 4 of those "sure" wins, they're likely already at a losing record with 5 "sure" losses. Then you got a bunch of tossups with MIN (which leans toward loss if Butler is healthy), OKC x2, DET and LAC x2.
That's a long winded (and probably way more depth that was needed on a Nets form lol) way to say that the Blazers playoff spot is FAR from guaranteed.
