Dude, please...It's not literally career ending but judging by how others have "recovered" from it in the modern era it's "career-ruining". Wesley Matthews was one of the better SGs in a league that lacks SGs and since he tore his achilles he basically sucks buttocks for a living.
Mario Chalmers reeeally struggled when he came back. Kobe of course still managed to "have an impact " on a tanking team.
He's most likely done being an all star.
