I don't think PG is as urgent as some. Reason being we are actually pretty set on the wing, which is the toughest position to find. Between Booker, Jackson, and Warren, we are solid at the 2/3, particularly if Reed can prove he is a capable backup.
Thus, we need a star and have 2 gaping holes at PG and one of the big spots (I think Bender's recent showings at C mean you could go PF as easily as C). There is 1 stud PG in this next class in Young. There are also likely to be a number of PG's hitting FA in the next 2 offseasons or else moved via trade this season or next (Kemba, maybe Lillard, IT, Goran, etc.), and thus we probably want to maintain flexibility to grab one when needed. We know PG is an undervalued commodity in the NBA, so it shouldn't be that costly to trade for any of those guys or sign them aside from Lillard. With Booker's play, you could even grab a star 2 guard or SF and shift Booker and Jackson down a spot.
In my opinion, you role with Booker there the rest of the year and then add somebody worth adding rather than giving anything up for a stopgap 30 games when the team's best interest is to lose.
