Ha! Are you a Duke fan perhaps?

I could post pictures too lol but it's not worth it. The reffing was off on both sides at times. Enjoy another late lotto pick.

you mean where MKG ran in to the rim before the ball got there? by rule goaltending? cmon man, don't be that salty. The better team won.

We lost by double digits, my rule has always been you can never blame the loss on the refs (in any sport) when you end up getting blown out basically with a fourth quarter collapse the Hornets ended up blown out tonight! The final score is what it says it is and two unwarranted free throws wouldn't have changed the fact that our coach is an idiot and we have blown too many fourth quarter leads to blame the refs anyway.

Yeah catch I was all about Duke until maybe 2011, followed recruiting and everything. Just slowly lost interest, to the point where I watch maybe 5 Duke games a year.

Tell me Robert Covington was in the act of shooting and Embiid's screen was legal on MKG?
Was it goaltending? Yes, by the rulebook it was. But it was a soft call just like the tech and just adds to the other garbage.
Close games in the NBA come down to the details and the refs made sure they went Philly's way tonight.

Yea college basketball is trash and disinteresting nowadays. I used to watch almost every team to the point where I knew the names of each player and their style of play on at least 75% of the NCAA teams.
I don’t think Redick bottled Kemba up in the 3rd. I think Kemba’s teammates froze him out by playing boneheaded and selfish offense. Dwight in particular. He kept trying to exchange blows with Embiid. Every time Embiid scored or went to the free throw line Dwight took it upon himself to try to answer and faltered.

I'll fly from Paris this afternoon and I'll be attending the game in Philly tomorrow. My first nba game ever, you can't imagine how exited I am haha ! So I decided I'll open the thread for the occasion hehe.
I am a Hornet fan for almost 10 years now. I never missed a game thanks to the league pass (yeah, not even a game from the 7-59 season I missed haha)
Do one of you guys also be there? And, do you have any recommandation for the game? How early to go? etc? As a european, that's a bit new to me haha !
Let's show Embiid how we play !

Was there ever any sort of follow-up to this? I keep wondering how Radu's first NBA game was! Hope it was fun in spite of the loss.
