I wouldn’t be too worried about the “not good” caption. It wasn’t necessarily referring to his condition, but possibly just a remark that he is in the hospital. It was a nasty hit and they just want to keep an eye on him.
I’ll be worried until I hear he is fine, but all the initial reporting, which came after X-rays and concussion testing, report he should be fine.
