It would keep OKC getting lots of media coverage while they miss the playoffs. It makes sense as Presti has shown recently that he knows he is selling entertainment and not winning. LaVar could be on ESPN and local radio everyday talking about how terrible Donovan is. It would keep Presti from getting the blame for his failures as the fans who listen to sports talk to get their feeble opinions spoon fed to them would be too focused on Donovan to realize that the problem is higher up the food chain.

That’s probably his biggest glaring weakness. He’s not so bad that I don’t think he couldn’t get better.

We need someone who can get to the rim off the bench worse than we need shooting. Assuming Grant starts you're looking at Melo, Patterson, Abrines, and Ferguson as your primary bench guys. They can all hit threes at an acceptable rate, but none gets to the rim.

Hard pass on Brown. He's skilled but looks like a worse Evan Turner imo. No chance in hell I'd move Adams to get him.

If we are standing pat @ 53 and Gary Trent Jr. is still there, I think he is the obvious choice. Let him develop behind Westbrook and let Westbrook rest a little more.

Not a fan of trading Adams. I think that would be short sided.
Presti should just draft a couple of Euros with those late 2nds. Potentially purchase a mid 30's second rounder. IIRC, we havent spent any of our money. I'm sure Philly would be fine with unloaded one of those mid 30's picks.

My hot take: We trade Abrines + a purchased mid 30's pick to Chicago for the 22nd pick. Draft Spellman.

11-15: Mikal Bridges (I'd debate him 6-10 too), could put Sexton here

Also, I know everyone would hate it but I'd debate Mo Wagner as a shooting big late 1st.

I think Robinson is worth the risk/reward after pick 20. He'd be a great pick for Philly at 26 to be a backup for Embiid. I could see the Spurs taking him at 18, or trading back. The Spurs got a steal on Murray they could end up with another one this year. The Spurs seem to always find a way to get the obvious player that gets ignored for no good reason.
