Another "red flag"?

I don't see a problem with a dude who's looking to not only better his own life, but the lives of people back in the Bahamas, to say getting his second NBA contract is his barometer for success. But if he said "get more rings than Jordan" people would be saying that he's arrogant. Whatever.

That's not a good answer. At all.

Just a rather bizarre answer. I don't think it makes him unintelligent like some here have said but just a bizarre answer.

My rationale is that outside of perhaps Houston, the other teams don't really favor outright athleticism or a big to win. Sure Spurs have a history with bigs but let's not forget Duncan/Robinson came into the league seasoned, highly skilled, with strong fundamentals, with a high IQ and of course were also elite athletically. These teams give minutes to players with high IQ and can make the right plays within the system on both ends of the court.

I gave Ayton to the Warriors because I think adding Doncic would be a bit redundant with so many ball handlers and shooters on the team already.

I don't think the Warriors would want to throw it into a big as much. I could see Doncic playing like the Iggy role in the future. He basically plays 3 with Durant and Draymond at 4/5...and he doesn't take a ton of shots but can find everyone and get to the line and finish.

He might make everyone even better and be great off ball. I could see Houston going either way...I think they'd like a guy like Doncic more but they just put defenders on the wing to counter GS so with Harden and Paul they could go another big.

About the Spurs..yeah, Duncan and Robinson were skilled and had more years but most all players were at that time. I think he'd have a hard time passing on a big like Ayton after relying on one for 20 years....and Ayton is skilled.

Ainge has drafted a lot of athletes...Jaylen Brown for one. I still think he'd go Ayton, particularly with Brown, Tatum and Hayward on the wing and Horford getting older.

Givony is projecting his favorite prospect.

Doncic is good... Some good teams that can use him are Teams like Blazers, Pelicans, Raptors, Pavers etc.

Warriors - Ayton, his fit and skilled big man can make that line-up even more lethal. In the first championship Bouget was very important and he was also very important in the following year (73 win season). This last year McGee played an important role in numerous games in the playoffs. A talented big skilled center is the icing on the cake. Doncic fits well, but he doesn't beat out any current GS started.

Houston Toss-up. Houston has historically had a premier big-man and they way they spread the floor Ayton would be terrific. Doncic is also a great fit; especially if Ariza leaves.

Celts Ayton - to me this one is a no brainer - Ayton. Boston has more than enough wings and could use a bigger center. Right now, they have plenty of forwards and guards, but are shy a big man.

Spurs, Toss - up. Pop has always had a talented big man and he would likely build there again. On the other hand, he will need a talented wing if Leonard leaves, but the Spurs have a talented young point guard whose skills overlap with Doncic's best skills.

From the Warriors standpoint, he'll be almost just a rim running stretch 5. I don't really see them needing another ball handler/creator at the wings.

I didn't go with a big for Houston because I think for the most part, Capella does much of what Bamba or Ayton would do but with better defense. But with Ayton's ability to stretch the D, I could certainly see them going both ways too. The reason I went with Doncic is because CP3 is always injured leaving Harden as the sole creator.

I don't see Pop's going for Ayton to be honest, despite their history with bigs. I just think they value the IQ, fundamentals, all around skills and coachability of Doncic. Just a matter of opinion

For Ainge I could've gone Ayton because I think he *could* be hidden somewhat defensively if they already have a team full of defenders and offensively he could do some real damage.

Don’t be surprised tomorrow if “with the first pick in the 2018 NBA draft the Phoenix Suns select Jaren Jackson Jr. from Michigan State University”

I give it a 20-25% shot. He fits well, better than Ayton and McDonough feels him

Phoenix would be mental not to deal the pick if JJJ is their pick. McD should be fired otherwise

Unreputable stuff IMO

No proof for awhile that Vivek has any type of hand in personnel, and no one ‘should’ have the drop on our FO thinking

But I’ll say one more time before tomorrow, don’t pick Doncic. I was dismayed when we didn’t get the #1 pick for that reason, and he still belongs here

I’ll be dancing when y’all pass

That's not a good answer. At all.

Just a rather bizarre answer. I don't think it makes him unintelligent like some here have said but just a bizarre answer.

How is this bizarre? He probably see's the 30 mill a season contracts & wants to be a superstar to get one

Suns traded Mikal Bridges, Cam Johnson, Jae Crowder and 4 1st round picks and a swap so some Vegas Bookies would like us.
